1967 Mercury Monterey Breezeway Description:

Got car from owner over a year ago. He had motor rebuilt over 15 years ago drove a few time and let it sit for all those years. I got car and and clean all the trash out got it running. Engine sounds great, no smoke. Car had no brakes, replaced master cylinder and brake booster. The car brakes enough to move but need a complete brake job. I clean most of surface rust from underneath and sprayed some undercoat. Sanded the car down to metal on most of car and primed and painted it with single stage paint. There are a couple of runs, paint look OK. I covered seats with seat covers and put marine carpet on floor. I used seat upholstery for the headliner. I had a new fuel pump, water pump, plugs and wire, cap and rotor, and fuel tank. I use a gallon gas container under hood to fuel car. The tank is goo, I did not how long car would sit so I did not put gas in new tank. The car will need brake job, small radiator leaks, transmission was dry when I got it I put some in and it moves forward and reverse. I made it look decent .It's a Breezeway which means the rear glass can comes partially down. I did not mess with it. V8 390 motor . Less than 500. Miles on rebuilt motor. Car is located in Frost .Tx
Tires are no good, and hubcaps and all emblems are in truck.
