You are bidding on a 1951 Mercury Woody wagon.1 of 3812 built. Very honest and usable car. Older restoration with modern drive train. The 351W Ford motor is backed up by a newly rebuilt (Less than 200 miles) Automatic overdrive transmission. Aluminum intake and edelbrok 4V carb with electric choke, newer wiring complete front to back, power disc brakes, electronic dist, ignition and coil from 80's Ford Mustang, aftermarket CD/USBand sub woofer system, original radio in dash flaming rivertilt column, aftermarket wood spoke wheel, horn, dome lights, gauge light, turn signals, electric wipers all work. Dual exhaust with flow masters, lovely sound.All glass is good except one rear glass cracked(see pic). Sun visor and stop light reader on dash. Very old school. All gauges work except speedometer. Car runs and drives beautifully. In the last 5 or 6 years car has been all over California, Oregon, and Washington. Mostly to car show and cruising the California coast. Very reliable, very enjoyable. Nice bright work and wide white walls. Could use some refreshing but nothing is required. No rust in the floors or rockers or any body panel. I would personally feel comfortable driving it any where. Have some wood bucks that could be used to make a new wood kit. Transportation of these parts may be difficult but we can work something out. Wouldn't suggest buying this car if you have a wife and girlfriend, it definitely doesn't blend in. LOL.
