Rare 1969 Mercury Marauder

1969 Mercury Marauder Description:

I've come to the realization that I have too many projects, so I'm selling my Marauder. These cars are very rare. When was the last time you saw one?The odometer shows 65,149 miles. I don't have any verification that this is the actual mileage, but it appears to be so from the overall condition of the car. I made arrangements after I bought it to have it dropped off at a buddy's shop so he could go over it. He said it looks solid overall, with solid floor pans, wheel houses and trunk floor, but it has some rust in the quarters. He then drove it 50 miles to my storage area without issue. He said it drove amazingly well. The a/c blows cold and the headlight doors work perfectly. There is no smoke on start-up, even after sitting for extended periods of time. A couple of stabs to the throttle and it fires right up.This particular Marauder is the base model, although it does have the optional black deck and fender skirts. The skirts are in the trunk. I purchased a set of quarters from dry Arizona, but have not had them shipped to me yet. They are paid for and are included in the price, but you would need to make arrangements to have them shipped to you.Mercury only produced this body style in 1969 and 1970, so these cars are very rare.Buyer is responsible for shipping, but I will assist the transport driver in any way possible.
