1970 Mercury Cougar Painted Description:

this is an almost completely reassemble rebuild of a 1970 Mercury Cougar. The floor pans and partial rear quarters have been replaced. Entire car has been sanded and primed, the underside has been stripped and painted with POR-15. Reared has been completely rebuilt to posi-traction with 3.55 gears, C4 transmission has been rebuilt with a shift kit. The 351 Cleveland engine was rebuilt professionally bored .30 over, with Kieth Black Pistons and performance cam. A MSD distributor and ignition has been installed. I just had new valve seals installed because the car has been sitting a couple of years. The power steering has been replaced, all new brakes, brake lines and slave cylinders installed. Car has disk brakes up front. New exhaust, new shocks, new alternator as well.The interior is original except front seats have been re-appolstered and new carpet installed. This car is 100% complete including glass. All the hard work is done, just needs paint, assembly and tuning.
