1955 Mercury Montclair 2 door hardtop. This car is a rat rod/ 60's drag racing tribute. It is equipped with a fresh 352 interceptor big block from a 1960 Ford full size and has a 4 speed overdrive top load transmission from an early 70's Ford truck. The rear is a limited slip ford 9 inch with 3.31 gears. The interior is original but gutted, all lights and gauges work except for the fuel gauge. The brake system is the original non power drum system but it has been updated to a modern dual master cylinder. The clutch is new with 200 miles on it and also has been upgraded to hydraulic. The car has a valid state inspection and is road worthy. We drive it to local shows and take family road trips every weekend so you can drive her home. This car is also upgraded to 12 volt and has a dual glasspack exhaust which makes it sound mean. It's also very powerful, there's a cam in that big block and it has no problem getting out of its own way.
