I have a beautiful unrestored clean one owner 1965 Comet caliente two door hard top for sale.It comes with factory Bucket seats,center console,289 V8 engine,automatic C/4 transmission,power steering, posi rear end and a rare black landau top.This car is in great condition was owned by one family member she got to old to drive it so it was taken off the road in 1998, that is why it has so low miles. Still has the original dealer plates where it was bought and sold in 1965!
Everything is bone stock down to the hubcaps, the 289 engine is very strong and doesn't blow smoke, the tranny isn't slipping, the car runs and drives good.This car is for the purist who wants a clean, unmolested 1965 comet whose patina lets you park it anywhere.This is a very very solid car NOT a rust bucket or any Bondo low mileage one owner car no rust underneath the landau top spotless!The landau top has NO rust around the rear window or front windo, there was NO rust underneath the landau top not even a pin hole rock solid!
The front and rear bumpers are bright not all bent up or rusty,all them emblems are there nothing is missing.The seat covers and carpet is not all torn up or ripped up, the door panels are in excellent shape not all warped or beat up.Jamaican yellow also called spring time yellow with a black interior is a rare color combination especially with a factory installed landau top and factory installed power steering!.This car is like a time capsule from 1965 if you want to recapture a part of your youth again now is your chance!
All the light, moldings are all there nothing missing the grill is in great shape,the brakes are good car starts instantly with much power.This is a numbers matching car unmolested that a purist would want !
