1957 Mercury Monterey Montclair Description:

1957 Mercury Montclair Convertible with Turnpike Cruiser motor option
Great driver but not perfect. Its why its a high $20k car ( reserve ) not a $35k car :)
Car was from Texas and still in Texas. I bought the car about a year ago at a high end auction. Older restoration.
Interior is nice and in very good shape.Orig classic white paint.
Exterior has normal dings and scratches from actually driving the car. Also has a few flaws in the paint. Passenger side window is cracked. Chrome is driver quality. Some pits and chips.
Comes with full cruiser shirts.
Top is fine but has wear and tear. Works fine.
Drivtrain :
Motor is orig 368 / 290hp ( ECU6015 orig block )Trans shifts great
Radio does not work. Tires are 8.50x14. Whitewalls do have some white crackling.
Speedo ribbon/needle works sometimes and sometimes doesnt. Could be cable or speedo gear.
Exhaust is newer.
