1953 Mercury Monterey mild custom with rebuilt Ford 302 cu in with RV cam tied to an AOD trans. Full frame off restoration. Frame & suspension parts powdered coated, Disc. brakes on all four corners. American classic radio WW tires on powder coated 15 " wheels & Merc caps. Borgenson steering box with Aeroquip type hoses also on trans. cooler. Sherwin Williams two stage indigo blue paint with silver on top, color sanded clear coat. Inside upholstery is dark blue with gray pleats. Locker shifter. All original trim side of car. Have original tail lights, radio, & heater if original look is desired. Note: this is not a hanger queen it's a driver, with several trips to WSRN in Bakersfield Ca., Bishop, Morro Bay, & Solvang. Fly in, hitch hike, or parachute in & have a real nice ride home, don't have an accident with all the lookie lou's on the way home.
