1971 Mercury Comet Description:

A rarely seen four-door 1971 Mercury Comet; The 1971 four-door was six inches longer in the wheelbase than the 2-door, making for a remarkably spacious interior. The 302 V8 has steel headers and a four-barrel Holly carb. It runs great with lots of power. You'll turn heads.
I am this car's fourth owner, and have documentation from the previous three. This is a clean 'California Car' with some surface rust on the undercarriage and wells, but that's it. It hasn't always been treated gently, but it has always been loved.
You won't often find a car on here of this vintage (with a/c!) that's this clean, with this level of finish, being let go at this price. I'm selling it because I need the cash and the space - don't let it get away!
