1977 Mercury Grand Marquis 4 Door Pillared Hardtop, Original Description:

Up for bid is an Antique Road Cruiser - the 1977 Mercury Grand Marquis (Ford/Lincoln) in it's Original condition with the 460 V8 Engine. In 2015 it was purchased from the 2nd owner who had purchased it from a dealer. It was garage kept during those years they owned it approx 35 years. There is currently 85,900 miles. This is a cruiser with a great engine that starts up easily.
Pictures are part of the description and also please ask any questions if you have before bidding. the engine seems strong when starting and driving and car drives smoothly except braking (see below). You are welcome to come and examine and inspect the vehicle.
The Good:- Power Windows work- Power locks work- Power seat (driver side) works- Lights interior and exterior work- Excellent Headliner- Great leather condition on seats- Working seatbelts- Original owner's manual- Strong V8 460 Engine- Good transmission- Heater blows really hot- A/C blows, but needs a re-charge to cool- Classic Antique, a real head-turner- Nice smooth ride- Working radio- Clean / Antique Title- Low mileage
The Not as Good:- Some rust on the body (shown in pictures)- Some paint damage (bugs?) on front by headlights (shown in pictures)- Some paint damage/body issues (see pictures for details)- Missing driver's side chrome piece (see pictures)- Some damage/condition issues on the wheels (see pictures)- A/C needs coolant/recharged- When braking hard, the car shakes- Air noise - plastic or metal around windows are chipped due to age- Interior door handles crack/broke as show in pictures- Dashboard crack as shown in pictures
