1950 Mercury Other Description:

50' Merc currently in Connecticut. Florida car w/clean title. Kept garaged & covered. Flathead V8 which had been rebuilt previous to my owning it. No noise on start-up, runs smooth & crisp with no issues. 3 on-the-tree, no clutch issues and it shifts nice and smooth.The motor has an Edelbrock carb, Fenton headers & dual exhaust (not even rusted yet). Car has a new gas tank (see photo) and sending unit. Stops and steers fine. Tires are all excellent. The interior has been completely done from headliner to carpet. Seats areperfect with no tears or stains and the trunk is also done. The drivers side window is cracked. I've purchased a new window but will leave that for the new owner to install.
*** Note: The Caddy hubcap in the photo was loaned to me and is not included in the sale and was returned. It was for illustration only. The spinner hubcaps are what came with the car & will go with the car. *** This is an extremely presentable driver not a little show princess. Any blemishes from use you will have to get up close to see. There is a small discoloration, approx. 3/4", on the drivers side fender near the door which you will see in certain light.I've left it alone. I'm selling because I bought another 50 Merc which is a full custom. . Anyone interested is welcome to inspect the car. Ask any questions in case I've forgotten something.
