1994 Mercedes-Benz E320 Description:

This 1994 Mercedes-Benz E320 Cabriolet is finished in rare Imperial Red paint with a Beige leather interior and shows 93.8k miles. The owner acquired the car 3.5 years ago and has added 2200 miles during that time. Power comes from a 3.2L inline-six paired with a 4-speed automatic transmission, and amenities include an electro-hydraulically powered soft top, 10-way power-adjustable seats, and more. This A124 is now offered by the current owner in NH with factory books, tool kit, service records and a clean Carfax. Car is owned free and clear. NH does not issue titles for cars older than 1999.

Maintenance done under my ownership includes in 2016 a new head gasket, steering damper/center link, wheel alignment, oil/filter change, and cooling system drain & flush; in 2017 a new engine wire harness, headlight switch and oil/filter change; and in 2018 an oil/filter change. The convertible top hydraulics were rebuilt by the selling dealer in 2015.

The original Imperial Red (582) paint is offset by a black soft top featuring a heated glass rear window. Typical UV damage and cracks on the interior plastic windshield header are visible. No accidents or other damage are listed on the Carfax report and comes with the Carfax Buyback Guarantee.

The Beige (265) leather upholstery is accented with wood trim on the door panels, center console, and dashboard. Equipment includes 10-way power seats with driver’s memory, electrically-adjustable steering wheel, original AM/FM stereo radio w/cassette and 6 disk CD changer, automatic climate control, and more. The 3.2L M104 inline-six features four valves per cylinder and produced 217 horsepower when new. Over the last 5 years the maintenance done has addressed all the know issues with this model; convertible top hydraulics, head gasket, and wire harness. Additional maintenance as detailed in the service records along with yearly oil and filter changes which were done at the same time as the NH state inspection.

This a very rare car! These cars were only imported into the US for 3 years, 1993-1995. The very limited US model production numbers only totaled 6140 units!
