1968 Mercedes-Benz 250 SL Description:

1968 Mercedes 250SL 2 door convertible has both tops (hard top is original blue color which matches hub caps & interior). Engine is a 6 cylinder 152CL-170hp and has automatic transmission on the floor. Car has been well maintained and driven minimally the last 8 years (since acquiring) and always stored in climate controlled environment. To my knowledge, vehicle had been owned by one family prior. Engine went through significant overhaul in 2007 with most original parts being used. Vehicle runs well and has virtually all original parts and numbers. Odometer is not actual and I cannot confirm actual miles on the car - odometer has not functioned since I purchased and title states vehicle is exempt from odometer disclosure. That being stated - car has not been driven significantly beyond causal use in good weather since purchase. Radio is original, but seems to need some attention - it works sporadically & antenna may be lose. Buttons/knobs for levers need replacement. (see photos).
