1973 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class 450 SLC Description:

Selling my 1973 Mercedes 450 SLC that I purchased over a year ago.Mostly good but I will list what I know about the vehicle.THE GOODRuns and drives really good .Tires are at least 80% of thread leftAMG WheelsRust free vehicle ( bought in NW Arkansas) under carriage is really nice. no rustSuper clean interior (I believe it has a newer carpet Judging by the condition)All new injectors on one side (4 injectors replaced about a year ago at a cost of $2,000)Doesn'tsmoke or burns any fluids
THE NOT SO GOODThe idlegoes up and down when cold but it get back to normal after 3 to 5 minutesthe windshieldwhippers areintermittentthe electric radio antennawill not go downthe blinkers are solid at times (I haven't look into)all electric power windows go up and down but I believeslower than usual but it could be normal based on age of vehicleThe tachometer (RPM) is not accurate (previousowner told me that started running inaccurately after it was switchedfrom point to electronic start)so it runs at about 5.00 when it actually running at around 3.00 RPM'sCar was originally maroon in color but was painted to white (more like an off white color or cream) but the paint is in decent shape.I could be missingsome cosmetics please feel free to ask me any questions.
I love this car an I know that value will only go up on these cars but unfortunatelyI need to bring some cash in. Please do not bid if you do not have the funds don't waste my time or yours.
