Today i am listing this very rare find . Mercedes only made 8007 of the turbo diesel W123 coupes and this one only has 90400 miles on it after 36 years. It will be very hard to find another one with low miles like this. This is a original CA car car and it still even have the original blue license plates from 1982. The paint is original and it still shines like on a much newer car.This 300CD was always garaged and pampered and it shows in the wonderful condition. The body is straight and it has never been in an accident. There are no dents or big scratches in the paint either. This car is gorgeous.The interior is in wonderful condition as well. The carpets are clean and there are no rips or tears in the seats. The seat cushions are still firm. Even the wood panels are still gorgeou, as the many pictures will show.But the best thing about this 36 year old classic car is the way it drives. It always starts up right away and it has plenty of power in town and on the freeway. It cruises comfortably with 85mph while still averaging 27mpg of diesel. It has always been very well maintained. Everything is working the way it should. Even the air-conditioning with the climate control is blowing cold from all the vents. Power door locks, power sunroof, power windows and all the gauges are working well. Even the original Becker radio is still working well.I would prefer to sell this car to somebody locally who could actually come out and see it / test drive it. But i would also be willing to help with shipping arrangements or a airport pick up ( LAX) for a out of town winning bidder.Please have you funding in order and do all your" due diligence" BEFORE placing a bid.
