1962 Mercedes-Benz 200-Series Description:

Up for sale is my 1962 Mercedes 220b Fintail . She is a RUST FREE survivor.I am the 3rd owner and comes with a clear title .Everything you see, except for a NEW dash pa, front fog lights ( not hooked up) and little bit of chrome ( I added ), is original. She is a rare fin, with a manual sun roof, ($358.00 option) and dealer added AC and rear shade . Repainted many years ag, I have decided to keep her original .She had about 114,000 miles on the original speedo, and I have put 10,000 or so miles on her since I put in the replacement.4 speed on the column. She has a ton of documentation form the original owner who cared for her in a meticulous manner. Perfect headlinerAC all there and turns on. Compressor works. Needs charged
Does she have bangs and bumps and a few dents ? Of Cours, but she is 56 years old and TURNS HEADS everywhere I take her .Certainly could be painted and with a little body work look new, but as they say they are only original once !The paint is tired, some primer showin, especially on drivers sid, but as I said NO RUSTI have owned her for several year, and is used just about as a daily driver .Engine - Has a tiny bit of blue smoke at start up but pulls strong and runs great .
