I’m selling this beautiful ponton a true classi, straight 6 cyl 2195 cm3/134.2cui with 4 speed manual trans in great mechanical condition 98000miles , engine runs grea, original radio , engine is completely rebuild in may 2018 by a proffetional classic Mercedes restoration exper, i have all receipt since 1984 and all the old part, this car spend most it’s life in Santa Barbra CA and Texa, I purshased this car in 2017 from an estate lawyer in Texa, it was in storage since 198, off course we clean tank and fuel line, the car present wel, no rust at al, the seats is gray velour like ne, door panels is perfect. beautiful wood dash and doors wood frame is in perfect conditio, all the chrome is very nice and nothing is missing and all light and lenses and windshield is perfec, it has 2 new Amber turn signal on fende, all light work, the car had respray in beautiful black . 10 years ag, paint present well except for a 2 penny size ding on side of the roof and the trunk has some paint touch up ! Here is the list of parts replaced during restoration : new oil pum, new timing chain and gears, all engine and transmission seal, rear end seal, oil pressure check valv, new piston wrist bushin, new piston rings set,engine main bearing set,cam rod bearing set,engine valve se, new piston connecting rod bearin, new valve guide set, head gasket se, rebuild steering bo, new clutch set and plate and bearin, new fly whee, resurface cam resurface head , rebuild fuel pum, transmission rebuild and new seals 1 new brake cyl and 2 new brake shoes also it has 2 new heater boxes .$65, new battery .all these parts came from Germany and Bulgaria,uk and US . And the oil pressure is perfect .and engine runs quit with no shake . carburetor was rebuild about 8 years ag, also rebuild the original fuel tank float by Palo alto in C, all gauge and light work, This car gets a lot of attention, white wall tires are in great condition and all doors weather strip is perfect, all gauges works . , your welcome to bring your mechani, this car needs nothing ! all of this repair costed me more than $8700 with receipts and I did not list the tune up and wires and all filters !
