This 1960 Mercedes 300d Cabriolet D is in pristine condition inside and out. This is a true low mile survivor. The 904 Midnight Blue paint is bright and shiny with no dings, dents, scratches or imperfections. The engine runs out strong and smooth with smooth shifts. This car rides down the road very tight and comfortably. The interior is in excellent condition. The leather is soft and supple. The wood is flawless. Carpets in excellent condition. Chrome inside and out is flawless. Soft top in excellent condition. The undercarriage is dry and clean with no rust ever.
This is a 41,000 original mile car that had some updates done by renowned restoration shop, Oldtimer on the east coast. Some of the interior upgrades done then included power windows, front mounted A/C and more. In the engine bay, a supercharger was equipped to the factory engine as well as an updated transmission which helped with the additional power as well as improved freeway drivability. This car rides like it is on a cloud, you or your passengers will barely feel a bump at 75mph on the freeway. This facelift Adenauer is absolutely the best of the best, true Mercedes quality.
These were hand built in very limited numbers. This is an impeccable example of a very rare automobile.
