1994 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class Convertble Description:

This is not your average car this is my 1994 Mercedes Benz SL600 convertible in impeccable condition with only 27,922 original miles (validated by Carfax). My car is a 12 cylinder car and has, from the factory, 389 HP. It has a Soft top and Hardtop. Well maintained and outstanding condition. One like this in the same color sold for $25,000 at the Mecum Auction ( 2017 January @ Kissimmee FL. Auction look at their actual results) and that one had 32,000 miles and the buyer had to pay them an additional 10% commission. My car has always been garaged and the temperature stays maintained @ 55 to 65 degrees in my low humidity garage. My car is not driven in the rain, snow or salted roads. This car originally sold for over $120,000 and I have the maintenance records. New Tires and fantastic original condition, no accidents and original paint. Yes this is a true survivor. Next year it will be 25 years old and sure to win the very prestigious first place award in it's applicable Mercedes class at any AACA meet (Antique Automobile club of America). I have the hardtop with the Mercedes cover and rolling storage stand. My price is less than the Mecum car auction price mentioned above plus no auction commission to pay. Note: red is a low production color and most are silver or black.

Special Note: Original cars with low mileage near or over 25 years old, which have been garage kept, pampered and maintained do not need, or should not need, cosmetic restoration. Unfortunately, some rubber and insulation parts deteriorate due to age. Lets face it how flexible is a 25 year old spark wire or insulation of wires sitting on top of the engine enduring engine heat. Well don't worry about that. I have gotten all those parts replaced or rebuilt to the tune of over $10,000. Spark Plug/Ignition wires and spark plugs have been replaced. The Engine wiring harness has been replaced (sits on top of the engine manifold), Hydraulic Accumulators for all 4 wheels were replaced (Smooth ride now!) and lets hear the drum roll, all 13 of the convertible top Hydraulic Cylinders have been replaced. Also I just had Mercedes put in a new battery and had the radio rebuilt and the radio includes a 6 month warranty. All fluids, oil, transmission fluid and rear axle fluids have been changed. So basically subtracting the $10,000+ of refurbishments from the $22,500 price you would be paying $12,500 for a pristine 1994 Mercedes, in a low production hot color (not Black or Silver) that originally sold for over $120,000.
