1985 Mercedes-Benz 300-Series Description:

This Mercedes is good for many more miles! Mileage is high, but this auto has most of all repair records. Drives and rides great! Very little tire wear. Some smallish scratches, but overall very good paint. No accidents. 3rd owner.

Condition/Operation of features-

• Transmission- Shifts smoothly and as expected.
• Starting- Glow plugs all fire and starts as expected.
• Steering- Tight. Works as expected.
• Braking- Straight, in straight line and as expected.
• Oil pressure- Works as expected. No issues.
• Cooling system- Works as expected- no overheating.
• Climate control- Works as expected. (A/C could stand a charge and vacuum to center vents may need new tubing. Air deflected from center to defroster)
• Power windows- all work as expected.
• Sunroof- Power- opens and closes as expected.
• Power door locks- Vacuum- Works as expected.
• Trunk lock and fuel filler door lock- Vacuum- works as expected.
• Windshield wipers- work as expected.
• Headlights, park lights, turn signals- work as expected.
• Brake lamps- work as expected.
• Emergency flashers- work as expected.
• Left driver side mirror- manual- Works as expected.
• Right side mirror- power- Works as expected.
• Power antenna- works as expected.
• Cruise control- Works and keeps speed but surges a little when going down hills.
• Instrument cluster- Oil, Batt, Temp, Fuel, Speedometer, Tach- All work as expected, but illumination for cluster not working.
• Clock- Works as expected.
• Doors- open and close as expected.
• Trunk and hood- Open and close as expected. New hood pad included, but not yet installed.
• Carpets- very good shape.
• Dash pad- new aftermarket cover. No cracks.
• Upholstery- MB Tex- Leather-like vinyl. Very little wear. A little wear on the front center armrest.
• Glass- all intact- no cracks. Windshield sometimes leaks a little in upper left corner.
