1980 Mercedes-Benz 300-Series TD Wagon Description:

This is a very fun and very useful 1980 Mercedes 300TD Wagon. Very original, in pretty good shape for a 37 year old car. I use it to commute 30 miles each way thru the 10,000 foot mountains of southern Colorado, all year round. She is a smooth runner! At her age, she would be super happy at lower, warmer, flatter locations. Burns oil but blowby is not bad for an old car. 25 mpg up and down mountain passes. If you know these cars, you know how awesome they are to drive. Heat/AC system is finicky. Power windows: only driver's window currently works. I have not done any troubleshooting. She has no rust other than some surface patina here & there and the interior is complete. A very solid car to drive daily or restore. Above 35 degrees she starts with ease. Below freezing you need to plug her block heater in. Newer tires, new front shocks, new stereo. Buyer responsible for shipping. Car is re-listed because last buyer disappeared - what is it with eBay buyers lately?
