1971 Mazda 616 Rare Car Not An R100 RX2 RX3

1971 Mazda Other Description:

For sale is my 1971 Mazda 616. It is the piston brother of the Mazda RX2. Instead of being powered by a 12a rotary it is powered by 1.6L 4 cylinder. All parts are interchangeable with the RX2 with the exception of the tail lights. When I bought this car a few years ago the intention was to rotary swap it but leave all the 616 badges in place.
The car is complete and is not missing any parts. The rear bumper is not pictured but it is included in the sale. The body is in very good shape with rust limited to a section in the trunk floor and drivers quarter panel. Floors are in excellent shape as well as rocker panels. The 1971 only louvered hood is also in very good condition
I have never attempted to start the car so the condition of the engine is unknown. All in all this is a neat project of maybe a handful of Mazda 616's left in the states. Feel free to ask any questions and I will do my best to answer them to the best of my abilities.
