Classic 1990 Mazda Miata NA, runs perfectly, low milage

1990 Mazda MX-5 Miata Description:

1990 Miata NA in good shape, 46,500 miles. Well maintained and well documented, one previous owner. No known mechanical issues, runs like a dream. Includes fiberglass hard top, recommended for winter and long road trips. No accidents, title clean. Locate in Pittsburgh, PA.
Interior is in good shape. New tires and brakes in 2017. Only non-stock part is the stereo. Recently repainted -- 2010??
Known flaws:

• The air conditioner doesn't work, but in four years I've never needed it because I could just put the top down instead.
• One headrest has a parted seam. Just cosmetic.
• Minor scratch on the rear trunk lid, I have touch-up paint.
• Large tear in soft top; might be repairable but you should assume not.

Minor rust in the rear wheel wells, see photo.
Has been undercoated and was utterly rust-free when I bought it, but I don't have a garage any more. The only reason I'm selling it is so someone can keep it in a garage in the winter! It's a wonderful car, help me save it from rusting to death!
