This 1956 Lincoln Premiere has a good, straight body-- good glass-- it runs and is drivable--has been stored inside for the past 18 years. It was well built, strong and heavy, with lots of steel. This Lincoln is a real classic sedan, and will look great with new paint and upholstery of your choice and color. The Lincoln and Cadillac were the two main "luxury cars" in the '50's.. A '56 Lincoln weighs almost 5000 lbs. It was a great road car, and rides very well. I bought this car for $2500 in 1999, and since then I have worked on it, and spent an additional $5415.51 on various refurbishing parts and repairs. I will furnish the buyer with a list of what all was done with the $5415.51 I have spent for repairs. I now have $7915.51 in this Lincoln.. It runs well, drives well, and has good brakes. It is ready to be finished, with paint, inside and out, upholstery and installation of various parts and trim that were removed for body work, and various minor repairs. Many replacement parts, trim pieces and misc. items needed to finish the car are stored in the trunk of the car. I am 81 years old, and not able to do much with my classic car refurbishing, any more. Really need to sell this classic Lincoln, and will take a big loss on it, when I sell it here on Ebay.
