1969 Lincoln Continental Rat Rod Style with brand new 460
1969 Lincoln Continental Description:
1969 Lincoln Continental with a vintage patina "Rat Rod"Firestone air ride system, Brand new BF Goodrich wide whitewalls with spider caps. Original 460 Ford with DOVE heads was rebuilt and just installed with an Edelbrock Performer camshaft and timing chain set. Block is standard with no machining needed. It has about two miles on it but is broken in. New front brake system from booster to master cylinder to new rotors and calipers. This is still a project but is running and driving. I had professionally installed a new windshield last year.
This is a great car with no major rust damage with only one floor patch from the previous owner. I also have the original bucket seats if you want to recover them and re-install them with the console. This is one of the rare bucket seat Lincolns. This is not a completed project but it runs and drives well.I needs to have the rest of the power steering system installed.
