Original Owner Offered! Only 67,079 MilesThis Mark IV Continental is being offered to a good home that can appreciate the one-owner pampered care this vehicle has received from new. It has always been garage kept under a cover, and is one of the nicest vehicles you can find for a 46 year-old car!This is a NON-SMOKER car.Equipped with eleven options on top of the long list of standard features. They include, Leather Seating, Cornering Lamps, Lock Convenience Group, Tilt Steering Wheel, Automatic Speed Control, Reclining Seats, Opera Windows (yes, those were OPTIONAL on the first year for the Mark IV), Electric Rear Window Defroster, AM/FM Stereo radio & Power Antenna, Vinyl Insert Bodyside Moldings, and the Appearance Protection Group. The car was rustproofed by Ziebart from new, and has NO RUST ANYWHERE. The interior is flawless, the carpets and factory floor mats have always been covered, the car shows like new, and even smells new.This vehicle runs and drives like new. Even the R-12 temperature control air conditioning blows ice cold. Nothing has been altered from new, all inspection marks are still visible under the hood, only meticulous routine maintenance has been performed. The car does have new exhaust, rebuilt MotorCraft Carb, and new tires, but the ORIGINAL Michelin tires and original MotorCraft carb are still retained by the owner! These are included in the sale. The Sure-Trac brake system has been removed and rebuilt, and is currently bypassed. The brakes work fine, pads and shoes are near new, but it is currently NOT anti-lock. The rebuilt Sure-Trac unit is in the trunk, ready for re-installation by the new owner, a minor task to put the car back to 100% original condition and function. I have many more pictures, and all the original factory paperwork with the car that goes to the new owner, including service records from new. I doubt you could find a more honest car and all documentation from new despite the make/year/model.
