1973 Lincoln Continental Mark IV
1973 Lincoln Mark Series Description:
Exceptional, one owner before we found it, 1973 Lincoln Continental Mark IV. The owner passed away several years ago and his wife kept the car in her garage. We found it there covered in boxes. something had leaked on to the hood but other than that it seemed sound. We had the hood repainted and the rest of the car buffed and pinstriped. The interior is untouched original and beautiful. Mechanically we replaced the battery and cleaned the cable ends, changed the oil to AMSOIL 10W-30, replaced the fuel tank, replaced the mechanical fuel pump and fuel sender, rebuilt the carburetor, replaced the fuel lines, replaced the points, condenser, spark plugs, coil, cap, and rotor, replaced the U-Joints. Replaced the water pump, and radiator hoses. Replaced the thermostat and coolant. Replaced all 4 tires.What wasn't touched:
Original black vinyl top - in perfect condition.
Original interior - black leather = in almost perfect condition. We think it is too nice to touch.
It has a fresh state Inspection.
There are still some little things left to do, but not many. it is ready to be your Sunday driver right now or you could make it perfect.
