This Celsior is in Outstanding Mechanical condition and has received a thorough inspection bothBEFORE &UPON arriving here in theUnited States. Before departing Japan it received a new alternator because it was not performing properly.The vehicle passed our inspection and wasalso apparent that it was meticulously maintained while in Japan. The only issue we saw which was not a real issue was tocalibrate/adjust the air suspension height level in the rear (quick/easy adjustment).The body/paint shows Beautiful for its age.It is all original paint with no accidentsA few tiny chips probably not worthy of mentioning, a little fadingon front bumper that should buff to a shine. also there is a a spot on theright corner that paint seems to be faded/worn through but no damage to bumper itself (can be seen in pictures). Interior is as seen in pictures, absulutely GEORGEOUS!Every option functions as it should. The lcd on the temp control is hard to see and is a common issue on all ls400's with age but does not affect functionality of temp control. Also, Japan radio fm bands operate on lower side frequencies than US fm radios. Therefore there are only a few fm channels in the 87-88 range that can be tuned in which is the high side of the Japan fm band. One option is to use SIRIUS/XM radio that tunes in through FM frequencie. Also many people will source a used LS400 radio from a salvage/junk yard and swap them out. It is the same radio but with US frequencies. The wireing harness is the same so just "plug & play”. Usually can be purchased for under $50.
