1993 Range Rover LWB

1993 Land Rover Range Rover LWB County Description:

I am selling my RR LWB Classic......ive owned since '99....Ive made some changes to some systems....I pulled the ABS system....and installed a Vacuum Booster....it brakes phenominal, all parts removed are included....it still has the ABS calipers, and they are all recent within the last 3 years!I also replaced the air bags with coils....and it is poly bushed...with the blue bushings, the springs are Old Man Emu, 2" with 1" spacers...doesnt affect driveline or gearing! The front radius arms are from RoverTym and the rears are Terrafirma! Handles beautiful, yet doesnt have a harsh ride...tires are brand new Coopers. I have brand new air springs which will be included....as well as the air pump, valve block,and air tank!
That was the basic stuff, unfortunalty.... the engine runs very good but has a bad liner,....its building pressure in the cooling system...so it needs a rebuild, or engine swap!It still runs great.....No transmission issues, and No transfer/case issues.....it is a LT230.
The other issue will be the rust,,, which is in all the floors and wheel wells...mainly in the corners,( not the whole floor), I have made repairs in the past with fiberglass and the rear cross member was replaced....which has held up well actually, but its to the point that it has to be cut out and replaced.It still is very restorable, if you have the resources!The frame is outstanding....with zero rust, it has been Waxoyled a few times!
The interior is almost flawless....compared to many I have seen for sale, wood venier has been redone and its been kept well...leather has been treated periodically, and is soft and not dry rot!
I didnt want to part it, I hoping someone can restore it, this model is becoming rare...its not perfect thats obvious, however a lot of these have been negleted, and the really good ones are asking very good money!
I will give you all the spare parts that I have....glass; door frames; chrome bumpers/with bumper caps; sway bars; original aluminum wheels; air springs...and air ride suspension parts;
