This truck sold new in Palo Alto Ca and has always enjoyed a fine home. A 3,9 L V8 Engine 5-Speed MANUAL, a real genuine joy. NEVER DRIVEN IN THE RAIN. This is my own personal car, for sale owner $ 75,500 or best offer. I am near Vermont Champlain NEW York. I live in Montreal Quebec Canada 60 miles away. Previous home was Vermont and Boulder Colorado.Please take not that this is a well well cared DEFENDER. I seriously doubt that there are many in such great condition. And I mean this not only in what is visible, but most importantly mechanically. THIS D90 is just perfectly solid all around. Have 2 service bills from LR dealer one for over $ 8,000 dollars, and another for close to $ 1,800 dollars for a full full service and maintenance done at 64,000 miles. NOW please ask your self this question? What other DEFENDER seller has that to show?. In addition DEFENDER comes with many extras.
As a result, D90 is in 100% Original UNMOLESTED CONDITION. DEFENDER looks and drives as BRAND NEW. For sale by owner. Thus truck was NEVER ABUSED, NEVER taken off road, NEVER DRIVEN IN THE RAIN, andof course has ZERO ZERORUST, or any sign of corrosion. Even the surface kind.
If you have been contemplating to acquire a DEFENDER in the last while I doubt that you find a better one than this one. For a 23 year old vehicle, this DEFENDER SCREAMS NEW. It would be degrading to say the least, to compare it to most others LR Defenders for sale. Please LOOK closely and well at all the photos of the others defenders for sale, they are showing their rust everywhere passed their shiny wash. Also look for and see all the many imperfections that an abuse vehicle shows after years of neglect, like many original pieces broken, missing, rusted, torn, chipped, most unseen by theuntrainedeye. Remember and keep in mind that these particular vehicles DEFENDER'S NAS are decades old. The only way to keep them new during all this time is to garage them always, and not to ever drive then in the rain, nor leave them exposed for endless hours under sun daily. Now once you find one, that is a really pampered much sought after collector vehicle.
REMEMBER that this DEFENDER has a last service bill of over $ 8.000 dollars at Land Rover Dealer done at 64,000 miles. In just service and maintenance, so all mechanics are 1000% perfect, all work performed by the finicky dealer. At LR, every issue (minor or not) was done and serviced. All work, repair or piece that was suggested to fix was changed and replaced for all new ones. All brand new parts were ordered, all fluids changed and flashed (often), refilled by fresh ones, all hoses dry or not were replaced, all brakes, discs, pads, brackets, dry nuts, bolts, o-rings, gaskets, all filters, cups, clamps, etc, etc, all new. YES BRAND NEW!, All OEM new parts were installed,ZERO LEAKS, ZERO RUST, ZERO ISSUERS. So new owner has NOTHING TO DO on this vehicle for many years. PLEASE KEEP THIS IMPORTANT FACT IN MIND WHEN CONSIDERING IN BUYING a land rover DEFENDER.
Please understand that Land Rover produced SPECIAL Defenders for the North American market NAS. And in it, it feature a unique build on a CONVERTIBLE model. These were launch "the convertibles ones" ascollectablesfrom the get go.These (the convertible models), are very rare trucks, with only a few per hundred of D-90s imported per year for the entire USA. This is not the case AT ALL for the NAS hard top, the NON-Convertible D90. As thousands of units the NON-Convertibles D90 where sold in USA from 93 to 97. In my opinion those are not collectables. So not be fooled, you get the same experience when driving a van, is just a closed box.
I will contemplate best offers as well. I will be glad to share all information on this vehicle, take it anywhere for inspection, I am 5 minutes away from an authorised Land Rover dealer. There are 3 LR dealer close to me.
I will also be listing soon, my other toy. My first convertible. A 1979 MG MIDGET Roaster Convertible in Rouge Vermilion, black top and black interior manual 4 speed, 1.5L Engine. Believe it or not with only 8,500 ORIGINAL Miles!! YES practicallya museumpiece by all means. Still has the original KELLY tires and vinyl plastic that covers the top windows (It was never removed). I never drove it with the top on.

Upon claiming it back, ebay said it happened due to malfunctionson its system. I had over 19 stars all with 100% good feedback, but then again I never sold anything on ebay.
