1972 Land Rover series 3 S3. This is a great survivor. Runs great drives great. running gear in great shape. Safari top. Overdrive. Canvas top with additional tailgate. clean inside. I am selling it for my Aunt, was in her family for 21 yrs. Been well taken care of. Been in the southwest for all of those years. Please text me with questions. five 0 five 350 two five 2 seven. Drivetrain-The engine is a 4 cylinder. Runs great .Starts right up. Strong running.Transmission-4 speed. Shifts good. No issues.Overdrive-Works flawlessly. Great option. Makes driving more enjoyable .4 Wheel drive-Works well. No problems.
Interior-Very clean. In really good shape with light wear associated with normal everyday use.
Electrical-Wiring in good condition. Headlights work both high and low beam. Blinkers are functional. Brake lights work. Fuel gauge works. speedometer works. Oil pressure light functional. Charge light works. Wipers work. Horn works. In excellent working condition.
Body and paint-Has safari top. Has additional canvas top with all brackets etc. Also has tailgate for canvas top. Canvas top needs new plastic for rear window. Was repainted over 15 yrs ago. Has typical scratches, chips, and dings associated with a truck that has been driven. Has cracks in the body work on drivers front fender and drivers rear corner.(see last two pictures) in need of a repaint. This is the only real issue with the truck.
Frame-In excellent shape. No rust. No issues.
