Pre-Owned CJ5

1976 Jeep CJ Description:

We own this Jeep, it is in our possession, and we have a clean title in hand.

My best friend rebuilt (his 3rd Jeep rebuild) this CJ in 2018-2019 for us to use as a ‘lake’ vehicle (instead of a side-by-side). We recently sold our place at the lake and haven’t used the CJ enough since to justify keeping it. It’s tough to let it go, but we’re looking for a new owner who recognizes the value of a classic Jeep.

We have not tracked the MPG, but it’s not an engine you expect great MPG from! It starts reliably, runs powerfully, and does not smoke.I personally would not consider this a daily driving vehicle (mainly due to the lack of a/c) – I consider it more of a project/off-road/rocking climbing vehicle for someone who appreciates classic Jeeps.

We’ve had the CJ for four years and have driven it less than 1,000 miles.

All headlights, taillights, and turn signals function properly.

As you can see, the interior looks great. The front and rear seats were new additions during the rebuild. There are no rips or tears in the seats.

The exterior is also in great condition with no dents. I would note that the paint has dulled a bit from its original paint job. There is also some flaking in the footwells.
