FOR SALE HIGHLY MODIFIED 1993 JEEP YJ
1993 Jeep Wrangler YJ (Sahara Edition) 4.0 Liter Inline 6 with Manual 5 Speed Transmission. All of the modifications listed below were performed between October 2017 and September 2019. Over $28,000.00 Invested and only 4000 miles on build.
LIFT/SUSPENSION:4 inch lift Leaf Springs w/ Polyurethane Bushings and Boomerang Shackles add about another 1" of lift in the front and rear for a total of 5" Total Lift. The front springs have a reverse shackle kit in which the front mounts are welded to the frame, then a set of 1.5'' OD thru the frame steel sleeves welded into the frame w/ Polyurethane Bushings and Boomerang Shackles installed at the rear of the front leaf springs(this makes walking up on obstacles a lot easier on springs and front axle).
FRONT AXLE:Dana 30 Bulletproofed with OX Locker Carrier w/ Manual Cable Engagement, 4.88 YUKON Gears, YUKON 4340 Chromoly Axle Kit, Forged 1310 Yoke, Alloy Ball Joints, Billet Aluminum Outer Axle Seals, Braided Stainless Extended Brake Lines, new Wheel Bearing Hubs and Adams Custom CV Front Driveshaft.
REAR AXLE:1998 Ford Explorer 8.8, Rough Stuff 8.8 Axle Swap Kit, Rough Stuff 3/8 Plate Bulletproof Rear Cover, 31 Spline Detroit Locker, Richmond Gear 4.88 Gears, Yukon 31 Spline 4340 Chromoly Axles w/ C-Clip Eliminators, Artec Industries Welded 8.8 Axle Truss, Disc Brakes w/ Drilled and Slotted Rotors, Braided Stainless Brake Lines, East Coast Gear 8.8 Conversion E-Brake Cables, 1310 Forged Pinion Yoke and Adams Custom CV Rear Driveshaft.
ENGINE:Factory 4.0 Liter Inline 6 Cylinder w/ 147,300 miles, Great Oil Pressure, replaced Fuel Pump, Power Steering Pump, Power Steering High Pressure Hose, K&N Air Filter, New Stainless Exhaust Header and Stainless High-flow Muffler. Engine runs smooth and strong!!
TRANSMISSION:Factory AX-15. Clutch, Pressure Plate, Hydraulic Slave Cylinder, Throw-out Bearing and Clutch Master Cylinder all were replaced in 2018.
TRANSFER CASE:Factory NP-231: Teraflex Slip Yoke Eliminator Kit w/ Adams 1310 CV Front & Rear Drive Shafts, New Odometer Gears installed to Recalibrate Speedometer for 35'' Tires and 4.88 Gears.
INTERIOR:SmittyBilt Front Reclining Seats (Spice), SmittyBilt Folding Rear Seat (Spice), SmittyBilt Center Console, Pioneer Stereo w/ Bluetooth, Pod Speakers Front and Rear, Fuel Gage replaced, Teraflex Hand Throttle, Quadratec Roll Bar Grab Handles, Rear Shoulder Bar w/ 4 Point Harness’, Fire Extinguisher, Interior of Tub is Rhino Lined.

The Frame and Body are 100% Rust Free, the only sign of rust is located at the bottom of the windshield frame where there is some bubbling under the paint.
