This truck needs a really good mechanic or a new engine. I had the engine rebuilt and it has about 7200 miles on the rebuild, made a noise and quit running. A friend says it is the engine. It has newe, 60,000 Michilen tires, new starter, newer master cylinder,one year old radiator, Interstate battery, plus many other new parts. All glass is in excellent condition and front windshield has been replaced. Windows, doors need adjusting and interior panels are missing. Lights, wipers work. It was driven through 5 states and gets plenty of attention. It needs rocker panels work and rust behind the cab, facing the tires. Bench seat will need recovered at some point. It has a clean TX title and plated as an antique. I can make more money parting it out but it's too nice of a truck to destroy. Old wooden bed on back and photographers love it! This would be a great restoration project to enjoy years to come or enjoy the rustic look. You will need a trailer to move it. Located 55 miles outside of Austin. I can work with any buyer on time frame of picking it up.
