1988 Jeep Comanche Short bed Description:

1988 Jeep comanche which started its life as a 4cyl 2wd manual truck, I have the title. Has since been converted to a 4.0 high output auto 4x4, the donor was a 96 Jeep cherokee. The motor from the 96 donor had 127k miles on it, and same for the axles/transmission. Has extended lower control arms and sits about 3.5” tall in the front, and the rear has a spring over axle conversion in the rear which gives it about 4.5”. The tires are 32s, and have some life left on them. The inside also has an interior swap from the donor 96 Cherokee, with led lights installed which is switch activated.It has a new oil pan gasket, rear main, fresh trans fluid, filter, gasket, trans pump seal, Converter bushing, and converter seal which was replaced in June of 2018. The passenger door needs a pin so it’s easier to close, and the gas gauge reads backwards. Also could use new brakes in the front, and the J added to the front clip. Only other thing that needs replacing is the passenger side front blinker assembly which is only about $30. Other than those things this jeep is in great shape for its age, has very minor dents, and not many scratches.
