1980 Jeep CJ CJ7 Description:

I'm selling my 1980 Jeep CJ-7 with a fuel injected 305 Chevy TPI, 700R4 automatic transmission with Hurst shifter, Dana 300 transfer case with Curry twin stick, Dana 44 front and rear out of an International Scout with rear Superior Axles and rear Detroit locker with 4.56 gears, Tom Wood drive shafts, 38"super swamper TSL's, Skyjacker 6" mono front leaf springs, rubicon express 1.5" spring over rear leaf springs, 1" MORE body lift, power steering and 4 wheel power disk brakes and red top Optimum battery.
Custom front tube fenders with stretched inner fender wells, custom front hood and grill and TJ rear 3" fender flares. The engine and drive train are rock solid and never been a problem. Everything is on a YJ frame with the wider YJ springs.
The Jeep needs some spring cleaning which includes a new driver side rear brake line which will probably result in all new lines and a new soft top. More extensive would be a dash for the gauges, some body work, rock sliders and the frame and rears painted. I have the rear swing out tire carrier with a new 38" TSL to be mounted.
I have owned this Jeep for over 10 years and now it’s time for a new project. If you are interested in it now before I get along with upgrades I would sell it for the best reasonable offer. I also have a 1995 YJ hardtop and full doors that could be part of the deal. The doors are in the process of getting ready for paint.
