1986 Jeep Wagoneer Grand Wagoneer Description:

1986 AMC Jeep Grand Wagoneer
Believed to be matching numbers with 84,000 original miles. It came from the dry side of Washington state and has ZERO rust. AMC 360 ci V8. 3 speed automatic transmission (Chrysler A727). Push button 4 wheel drive. Engine runs good, transmission shifts correctly and 4WD works as it should.
White exterior with one known repaint in original color. Dark woodgrain trim installed by previous owner has some air bubbles. The plastic trim around the woodgrain has some fading and slight curling as is typical with these trucks. No major dents or dings. Glass is all good with no cracks. Texas legal tint on all windows. All chrome trim is intact and in good shape, including grill. Factory fog lights.
Burgundy interior. Front seats reupholstered/repaired by previous owner. New headliner and custom plastic kick panels also installed by previous owner are free of defects.
Carpet was installed by the previous owner and is in good condition. Installed Summit Racing sound deadener on at least 50% of floorboards, under front and rear seats and cargo area, plus installed thermal barrier on inside firewall and front and rear floorboards.
Power equipment includes steering, brakes, windows (including tailgate window), front door locks, driver and passenger seats. All power components including the tailgate window, front door locks and power seats function properly. Four new stereo speakers installed with orignal speaker covers.
Original door panels were repaired and installed over Summit Racing sound deadener and new plastic water shields.
Upgraded factory A/C with modern 134A Sanden compressor and hoses. Blows super cold!!! Heater also works good.
In addition to the above, the following repairs/upgrades were done to this Jeep within the last year:

I am selling this for a good friend who has no eBay rating. All of the work was done by the owner and myself in my shop using the factory service manual (Full service manual on CD provided). The focus was to make it reliable, comfortable, quiet and safe, and to make sure everything possible worked as it should. Mission accomplished!
