1960 Jaguar XK Drophead Coupe Description:

1960 Jaguar XK-150 Drophead Coupe. 104,962 miles. Carmen Red with Black leather interior, Black carpeting, Black convertible top and boot.3.4 Liter straight six-cylinder engine with 210bhp, 4 speed.This Jag was sent to Muncie Imports for restoration from 2011-2013 where they performed a frame on restoration removing the doors, hood and trunk lid. Car was taken down to bare metal. Frame painted with new windshield and bumpers re-chromed. New wiring, tires, rubber molding, switches and lights. Over $45,000 was spent on restoration with documentation.
I purchased the car in 2019 and had the car completely gone thru Spent $25,000 on installing air conditioning (blows ice cold), rebuilding carbs and a complete tune-up. Installed new Burl wood instrument panel, new wire wheels and Vredestien Radial Tires 185-HR-16. One 12v sealed battery was used to replace the two 6v batteries to negative ground. Comes with original Jag tools, new tool bag but original bag is available.
One of the most iconic sports cars of the 1950s, this XK-150 is fun and dialed in for around town and top down fun. A recent road test confirms its wonderful performance
