1988 Jaguar XJS COUPE Description:

5.3 litre V12 engine has 53,000 miles by the odometer. Engine is running and the transmission engages. Not test driven because of bad brakes. Body panels, doors and glass are serviceable with one ding on front left fender and corner of hood. Windshield has a small crack. Interior is in sad shape; dash cracked, seats have the seams split and carpets are bad. It does have electric motors for seat positioning. It has the passive automatic seat belt system that appears to work. Radio has been removed. Wheels are original and the tires are serviceable to drive onto trailer. The primary selling point for this vehicle is the engine and transmission which are complete and have low milage. Gas tank and fuel system are not leaking and hold pressure. It is untouched under the hood except for the repairs I made to make it run. Vehicle was from a gentleman's estate and I bought it as a parts source to help family. Prefer to sell it whole but will sell individual parts. Items are sold as is but I will check them out the best I can before selling. I do own and repair a daily driver XJS-C so I am familiar with the vehicle.
