1991 Isuzu Trooper Description:

1991 Isuzu Trooper 4WD 2.8l V6 automatic transmission. This Trooper is in very good mechanical shape. I purchased the Trooper with the intentions of bringing it up to speed mechanically and moving it along to its next owner. I love these old Troopers and to me, the more that are still on the road, the better. The old transmission was shot, so I've replaced it with a lower mileage one, I did the rear main seal while it was accessible. Other work done: new all aluminum radiator, radiator hoses, thermostat, temp sensor, serpentine belt, tensioner pulley, idler pulley, new exhaust from cat back, fresh oil, coolant, trans fluid. I've driven it to work the past week and it rides nice, 4WD engages smoothly. These engines are well known for their longevity. The body is ok, faded paint on top surfaces, some rust showing on the passenger rear wheel well, ripples in driver rear door (was told this was from a parking lot bump 16yrs ago). This would make a great beach or trail rig, or just drive it for fun. I've described this vehicle the best that I can, but the best way to understand the vehicle's condition would be to come see it for yourself before the end of the auction.
