1976 International Harvester Scout Scout II Description:

This is a pretty good old Scout which has been sitting under a tree in East Texas for years. Acquired from a collector who had several Scouts plus pickups and a Travelall. Clear title. The body is solid with a few patches of bondo but I didn't spot any major rust. All the glass is complete and usuable. The tank is full of bad gas so we used a bottle to get it running after installing a new ignition switch. Motor seems to be strong. Transmission shifts into drive and reverse but brakes are bad so haven't driven the vehicle. Engine and transmission oil are clean and new anti-freeze was added before running motor. Interior is complete although front bucket seats need covering. Dash pad has some cracks. Floors are solid. Tires are old but hold air. The four wheels do not match. Vehicle is located in Canton TX sixty miles east of Dallas on I-20. We can assist in loading but will not get involved in shipping. Require $500 Paypal deposit from winning buyer.
