1977 International Harvester Scout Traveler Description:

***buyer will assume all transportation and or pick up costs and make all arrangements. No exceptions will be made***This Traveler was used as a demonstrator and purchased from the dealer . The shop manual and owner's manual, as well as assorted parts are included. There are locking hubs, a Warn winch and brush guard on the front. The fuel system and carburetor has been cleaned and rebuilt. The brake system needs to be serviced. The battery is approximately one year old. The fuel sending unit doesn't work. The instrument panel bezel was taken off to install a new radio but the original radio and bezel will be included. The gas springs on the rear hatch don't work. One of the studs for the hatch locking mechanism is broken off but we still have it. There is no catalytic converter. The engine ran on leaded fuel and it runs ok on unleaded fuel. The engine runs, the oil has been changed, coolant replaced and system cleaned recently. The rubber mats are original and in good condition. There are paint scratches and rust on the fenders although it's hard to see on pictures. There is plenty of tread on the tires but they are old and may need to be replaced. It has always been garaged.
