Runs,drives, and stops. Truck has some rust but is not a rust bucket. If truck had new tires on it it would be road worthy in my opinion tires on it now hold air but are very old and cracked, good Arkansas title, not a bad old truck if you ever had one of these 4x4 international’s u know they can’t be stopped and will go anywhere
