1993 Honda Civic VX Description:
For sale is my pride and joy. A well kept 1993 Civic Hatchback VX with just over 200,000 miles. It’s been in the family since new and always garaged. Comes with the original window sticker and paper work. A true California Central Valley car purchased in the silicon Valley.Has a clean title and smog certificate. Also has both original keys.Back in the day things like driver’s side mirror, power steering and air conditioning were optional. Anytime something wore out, I replaced it with, or upgraded it always with Honda OEM parts. I always kept the old parts and they will come with the vehicle. The drivetrain is all original and untouched. Serviced every 3k miles with Honda motor oil and filter. Recently had the compression checked and is at 185 across all 4 cylinders, which is like new, you are more than welcome to come and check for yourself. When it was time do the rear drum brakes, I had Honda upgrade them to disc brakes(92-95 Si). Has brand new tires 165 70 r13 which are the original size and hard to find. When the front driver side seat wore, I had the seats and door panels replaced with SI ones, as I have always loved the SI interior, and have the original stored in shrink wrap. When the clear started to fade, I had it repainted by Stewart’s, a reputable Local shop. The paint job was almost 4K. They also replaced Al the rubber seals and trim/moldings with original Honda ones. The dings were removed by The Tent Dent and no bodywork was needed prior to paint. I average 43 miles to the gallon with only a 8 gallon tank that was particular to the VX model.
