For sale Honda 1988 CRX SI 1600cc 1.6 Liter Runs. Parts or Repair

1988 Honda CRX Description:

For sale Honda 1988 CRX SI 1600cc. 410,000 miles.
Until just recent, I have been driving this vehicle. But the clutch release bearing is worn and needs immediate replacement and I have no desire to do that work. This Honda has 410,000 miles on it!
Good things about his car.

The engine runs great.
Immediate start every time and good acceleration.
I have been relentless about oil changes.
Gas usage is between 33 and 42 MPG
Also engine runs cool always. Has cabin heat.
The transmission is in good shape. No whining. Recently changed the oil.
Drives straight. Frame is ok.

Everything works to for this car to be driven away.
The Bad...
Clutch release bearing. You will drive this car home but not much further.
Upper engine seals. It smokes on take off and throws oil out the inboard side.
I add a quart about every three or four tanks of gas.
The left half axle needs boot replacement.
Needs 4 struts
This car was hit in the rear. The rear bumper, trunk and rear reflectors and left side panel show the damage.
It was also hit front right. Side marker, turn signal and fender damage.
Air conditioner does not work.
Air control panel is cracked but works.
Passenger seat is bolted in drivers position. Its a one seater!
Sunroof will not open.
Sometimes it idles fast.
Includes clear GA Certificate of Title. I am second owner
