RETURN POLICY

Honda Parts Unlimited understands that sometimes a part needed yesterday is not needed today, so for that reason, we accept returns on ALL our merchandise. ALL returns must be sent back to us within 30 days of the time of arrival to you. An RMA# will be required for ALL returns. Please contact us if you have a part no longer needed, so we can give you an RMA# to return the item. Any return without an RMA# may take significantly longer to process or may be refused. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice. All returns must be in NEW condition. We do not take back any item purchased from us that has been installed, or modified to fit a vehicle it was not intended to. In the event an item is purchased incorrectly, or is simply not needed, the customer will be responsible for any cost associated with returning the item. If a part is listed incorrectly, or sent incorrectly by us, we will handle all costs associated with the return/exchange of the item.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped our facility in Phoenix, Arizona. We ship using FedEx & USPS for standard shipping (whichever is cheapest). Expedited shipping is available, but only by contacting us first. For expedited orders, additional freight WILL be needed to ship your order, which will be required in full before the order ships. At this time we ONLY ship to the United States (not including protectorates) & Canada. We do not ship internationally. For customers outside the United States, if you wish to contact a shipping forwarder, we would be more than happy to ship to them, as long as they are in the continental United States. For customers located in Alaska Hawaii, & Puetro Rico, additional freight may be required to ship your item. You WILL be required to pay this amount to have the order shipped.

WARRANTY

ALL factory Honda parts and accessories come with Honda's respected 12 month limited warranty. This warranty can be redeemed at ANY Honda dealership in the United States with proof of purchase. If for any reason the Honda dealership near you refuses to honor this warranty, please contact us, and we will resolve the situation with the dealership for you.
