1988 GMC K1500 SIERRA SLX 5.0L - Needs Trans repaired/replaced

1988 GMC Sierra 1500 SLX Description:

Needs new Trans. Transmission went on 4/25/19

Has new exhaust (cost me $1200.00), transmission cooler lines ($250.00), brake lines, brakes all the way around, new drums, and new battery installed about 5 months ago (I have almost $1900 into it from 5 months ago). I'm starting the auction for less than half of the exhaust cost.

Prior to the trans failure, everything worked and was my daily driver.

The previous owner broke the steering column and I never got around to fixing it. Key is needed to unlock steering wheel to drive. Starting is done by pushing the Rod in engage the starter.

Heat works and AC needs to be recharged. Aftermarket CD player.

4x4 works great.

Viper Alarm and Remote Start installed and work.

It has been sitting since the Trans went so I will have the battery tested and replaced if needed prior to pick-up.

You arrange shipping or can be picked up in West Berlin, NJ but either way, it needs to be towed.
