1985 GMC SUBURBAN 2500 4X4
1985 GMC Suburban sierra classic Description:
This is a hard to find square body or classic body suburban. The fact of it being 3/4 ton makes it more sought afte, then add the four wheel drive and you have a highly sought truck. This was extremely well maintained because it was a Govt. vehical. This was originally white and Im guessing that somewhere in its history that it changed branchs in the Govt. and might have become DNR, because it was painted that hideous green. The gentleman that I got it from couldnt stand the green so gave it a quick 2 hour paint jo, which I would agree that it has to look better than the green. This truck came from Georgia and you can still see the red georgia clay color on the frame. This truck is solid and starts right up, and sounds like it did when it was new. I would have no problem driving this anywhere with the pretrip fluid change. The tires are goo, but the Govt. put highway tires on it .the body is straight except for a few dings. This does have A/C but I believe it just needs charged. This turns heads and always gets comments and smiles.
