1992 GMC Sierra 1500 SLX Description:

This beauty is my 1992 GMC Sierra Long Bed SLX standard cab. I purchased it 8 years ago after driving past it one afternoon.I bought it from the original owner's nephew, after his uncle had passed away. It was love at first drive.Plain and simple, it is a blast to drive a stick shift V8. It feels like you are driving a machine with limitless power. Through the years, I restored it while I worked at our family body shop. It has been a great service to our family.During the restoration process, I upgraded the following items:
- Replaced front end grill, lamps and bumper- Upgraded mirrors- Replaced the windshield, door pins and grommets and sprayed inside bed protective shield, rear gate spoiler, rear lamps, rear roll pan- Painted custom two-tone on exterior- Installed new upholstery, headliner dash, stereo, mufflers and tiresThe truck is smog compliant with headers. The engine runs great and the transmission shifts good.As much as I wish I could keep it, I have the projects backing up. If you require more info or pictures, please ask!
