1966 Ford Mustang Convertible Description:

This is a true 48,000 mile factory GT survivor. This is not a restored but a beautiful all original Mustang. This Mustang has always enjoyed life indoors and has had exceptional care. Original Pony interior with full console, premium seat belts, rally pac, original wood wheel, original AM radio, and all in exceptional condition and function as all were new. This Mustang runs well, sounds great and is a blast to drive. This is the real deal! The right rear qtr skin was replaced many years ago due to minor fender bender. The 49 year top was replaced in 2016 due to just old age ( started to dry and crack), although the window was still clear. Additional items replaced during my ownership, radial tires with original style whitewalls (approx. 4000 miles), alternator, heater core, front brake lines, carb, ( I have Holley that was on rebuilt in box), new front brake lines, clutch assembly (turned flywheel), complete rear brakes including hubs, replaced exhaust with original GT exhaust system, new hoses under hood, heater radiator etc, complete tune-ups and all normal maintenance. This GT has manual steering, manual top, Disc brakes not power and is equipped with a dual point distributer. Just as it was designed by the original owner a Ford Engineer.
